    This hearty dhal is made from whole mung beans that have been soaked for a minimum of 4 hrs. High in protein and flavor. I add a bit more of my Ayurvedic spice mix to this dhal so it has a more robust and full flavor.

    This pasta dish can be eaten cold or hot and is great for the whole family. I usually put this in my daughter's lunch atleast once a week! Serve as a side along a main meal or just on it's own. Packed full of greens this is full of vitamins.

We prepare and cook our dishes on the Sunday, Sunday Orders close by 8pm Thursday. ~ Note ~ Our meals are served and cooled in the afternoon ready for refrigeration or freezing. Please specify when ordering whether you request hot service. Plan your week and eat like you're on retreat.
